We were not disappointed; from the moment we met Lotty she quickly and efficiently assessed our requirements and following a site visit came up with the design concept. Following a review, we finalised matters allowing orders to placed and the work to start on site. Whenever our contractor had a query, it was resolved promptly by Lotty, where components needed replacement, this was again completed quickly and efficiently. "We used Norden Kitchens to design and install a new kitchen and bar in an extended section of our 1920s house in Epsom. Norden provided all appliances, cupboards, splash back and flooring. Their service throughout was professional, creative, tasteful and responsive. Lotty was our main contact from start to finish; she was always attentive, had good attention to detail and was always available both at the end of the phone and in person to offer advice and find solutions and the best way forward. Ian from Norden Tiles has supplied us with many tiles on a number of kitchen and bathroom projects and it was great to work with him again. Doug was also happy to support at each stage of the project and personally designed and made the copper piping to display glasses in our bar.
