“This shop is just straightforward and honest in its toiletries and kitchen prices. Fair and worthy of a visit. The other sections are competitive, varied and fair. There is free parking. A bonus. As well as parent/child parking right Infront of the shop, including disabled access. Worthy five stars. These parts of the retail park can get very busy at peak times, making it difficult to exit the car park as well as entry.”

One of the staff here in particular is absolutely outstanding, helpful and externally kind. I just got a kitten thats 6 weeks old. I wasn't sure on how to do a fue things as my kitten was so small. “We went to the store yesterday to buy a tank and various essentials/accessories to prepare for my daughters first small pet fish. They had a great variety of products including lots of well-known character ornaments to put into the tank. The staff in aquatics were very helpful and ensured we got everything set up correctly for the fish we planned to buy the following day. Very informative and friendly. Today we took our daughter to choose the fish. The staff member, Matt, served us and he was amazing with my 5 year old daughter. He went out of his way to choose specific fish for her so she could tell the difference between them and was so welcoming and helpful. Thank you so much for making my daughters day! Went back a week later to get more fish and two shrimp. This time served by another gentleman with brown hair. He was really helpful and amazing at his job. Very informative about every aspect of the shrimp and fish. Thank you again for your help!”

“Recommend the fish here if your looking for simple little gold fish/ cold water fish. Of course can always have bad luck with fish so nothing guaranteed, but these have always been healthy and well cared for little guys, so a good bet if you have your pond or tanks set up to receive them!”
