Engineer arrived and was very polite and efficient, he carried out the repair in approx 10 minutes. “Great department store with so many brands on show. After you've worn yourself out looking sround you need some time to sit, check out your shopping list and re-fuel. The in-store cafe is airy, the coffee good and the cake selection even better. Best to get to the store early as it can get quite busy.”

“Brahim came and he was very helpful , lovely man, the very next day we had the servayer call and omg he was here for 4 hours measuring explaining things, he was very thorough, we are expecting 15 windows a front door a set of French doors and 3 bay windows to be fitted 6th march, I've read most of the reviews and I am concerned with the one star reviews , however the five stars I'm impressed with and we are looking forward to having beutiful windows and doors fitted on our home , watch this space I will let you know how it went and our thoughts”
