"Fantastic service throughout! From consultation, to design, to buying the kitchen and after sales. Great experience and everything went smoothly. John Blaney designed the kitchen and he done a brilliant job. John got the kitchen design just right first time, the way I wanted it and I had been to so many kitchen companies who couldn’t get it right but John had my vision. John came round and did the survey, measured up and listened to what we wanted for our dream kitchen and presented a draft design and this was the dream kitchen I’ve been waiting for. We made a few minor changes and he didn’t rush or pressure us in buying the kitchen. Kitchen is fitted and I’m so happy with it. John was available throughout the journey and he was the first point of contact if we had any issues but luckily there were none. I had no issues with the kitchen, everything delivered on the specific day as promised. I’m so glad I used Magnet, great quality and fantastic service from the Crayford Branch."

"Small place, does not have much on display. But staff is extremely helpful, nice and friendly (especially Steve). They even let us go inside of the warehouse to show us the product and help us to make the right choice. Ordered made-to-measure windows from them (waiting for the delivery). Did not have much luck with the kitchen design though, need to return."
