I was fortunate that in Anna Maria I found a skilled therapist who gently got me to open up about my complicated family history and then slowly revealed to me how the traumas and losses I had endured were still impacting my present day and the choices I was making. I really believe that the empathy I was shown by Anna Maria and also knowing that I had found a safe place where I could discuss anything without being judged was instrumental in bringing about the changes that I needed to make. I have now learned that ‘ in order to heal you must reveal’ and the person you choose to open up to must be skilled and truly empathic for this unique relationship to work it’s magic. I am so grateful that I chose Anna Maria and why I am so happy to recommend her.”
