"I work for the NHS. I was referred to this clinic by my GP. The reception staff, clinical staff, and the GP were extremely polite and professional. My only issue is with those waiting. Especially those who can barely speak English and raise their voices impatiently. No smiles at all. I think NHS should debar rude, impolite, and colour conscious people from its services."

"A nurse and two receptionists were awfully rude! The level of service in this clinic is appalling. I am not sure why this is the case but in my opinion if you are going to be rude working in a place where you are looking after people’s health and you show no compassion why are you working there. Find a non customer facing job and be rude to yourself rather than someone asking for help."

"The worst place I have ever been! Full of male workers, none of them helpful. A misogynistic place. I have been there with my two children aged 2 and 7 month to see a GP and the GP was awful himself no manner and no help for a women alone with 2 children. First they couldn't not find my appointment and I spent one hour looking for the place. At the end the receptionist show me the place where the appointment was, but only after 1 hour of going around the place with my children. Nightmare experience! This is what we are paying National Insurance for, a dreadful system! And to this people working there if you don't like your job don't do it!!! To be a NHS staff you need to be Kind, Empathetic, Helpful."

"I had a physiotherapy appointment here today it was great. It was very empty inside the building and it was easy to get around because there are signs inside (like a lot of health places). The physiotherapist and the other staff were very kind."
