The teachings and immersions were so enlightening, interesting and interactive that I felt like we were one big family. The knowledge imparted by Dr. Deepika was a cherished gift which will enable me to understand and support horse health at a much deeper level than with nutrition alone (even though the course was human health and well-being). Ajanta and the team were wonderful, kind and always helpful, so we felt supported in all aspects of the course and learning. “I think the classes are really good. All the coaches are very professional and very dynamic. I absolutely love the spin classes. I have been to many other providers in London and these spin classes are the best in my opinion. I like that the atmosphere is so supportive between members too, it just feels good to be in those classes. Maybe the gym area is a bit small, I do not use the changing rooms as I live nearby. I am yet to go to the swimming pool.”

“I have worked from Therapies for 12 years or more now. The treatment rooms have everything needed, including a wash hand basin, are welcoming and decorated really nicely. There is also storage space, a kitchen and w.c. plus a separate room for talking therapies Everything is well maintained, clean and secure. Ideal for transport links, with ample parking nearby. A variety of therapies on offer to attract new clients and everyone is friendly and supportive towards each other. I have made some good friends and am really happy working from here. The owner couldn’t be more helpful and encouraging. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant working environment with flexible and value for money options.”
