“Today myself and my partner ventured into the Romford TUI branch to be greeted by Ella - well what can we say about Ella, she patiently spent hours with us to ensure we booked our dream holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for her, from jumping onto trip advisor to check out different hotel revies, with us changing our minds last minute and wanting another hotel. She was easy to talk to knowledgeable, patient and super friendly. We felt in safe hands and just booked everything in one go including the hotel for the night before our departure, insurances, seats and all of our day trips and lounge access. This was solely down to the fact that we instantly connected with Ella and trusted her to guide and organise us through everything. Ella went through each element ensuring that she gave us copies with all key information highlighted. We were offered tea coffee and fed chocolates :) Shout out to Barbara as well who also was professional and super friendly and jumped in to assist us as well. These girls in the Romford branch are top notch and deserve special recognition - they made us feel valued and special!! if you want a non-pushy and honest service I strongly urge you to pop into the Romford branch and specifically ask for one of these lovely ladies......... Management is very helpful and keep us updated. Instructors are mature females, very professional, focused, dedicated, knowledgeable and hardworking. Always ready in swimming pool and punctuaI. No time wasting. My kids age 7 and 6 enjoying their first private 1 on 1 sessions, became water confident, always learning & developing new skills and techniques. “The family and I had a pleasent experience with Al-safa. Thankfully everything went through smoothly and both hotels in Makkah & Madina were close to the Harram which was ideal. In hindsight, I am slightly dissapointed that our contacts (although they were very helpful and welcoming) were unable to speak in English so the tours may not have been as informative as they could have been. All in all, Al-Safa were great. A nice touch having the owner bid you farewell and check up to ensure your stay was pleasent.”

Before booking I was given a tour and was very impressed with the fact that there was air conditioning and heating available to suit different weather conditions. This cattery is a lovely family run business that continued care and accommodate our 2 cats even though we were hours late to collect them from their 8 days stay and at no extra cost. The cost was very reasonable and even though I had the full amount at time of booking only a deposit was asked of me. Will definitely use the service again in the future.”

One night before I was due to come to London I contacted monju and requested for my vacation to be extended for another further 6 days and monju as usual was so hands on and made the changes with the flights and hotel and extended my day the same day! If monju wasn’t on hand I wouldn’t of extended my stay and I would of came back but I got to enjoy a stress free for another further 6 days all with the help of monju. He is the best travel agent ! “I have joined by daughter in 2013 , I remember the first day I had to part my daughter to join back work, very painful but creative kids staff have been excellent and very professional , friendly. my mind was at peace when I left my child in nursery.
