“I travelled to Ladakh with Indus Experiences, and the trip included a multi-day hike in the Hemis National Park. We had an excellent local trekking guide, and the porters were fantastic. They brought everything we could possible need, and cooked some wonderful meals. The route we chose was tough, but the scenery was exceptionally beautiful and we had a real sense of achievement at the end. The accommodation was good, the transfers arrived on time, and the drivers were friendly and competent. The tour was competitively priced.”

Comfort Cattery is exceptional - plenty of space to stretch out, the balconies provide interesting bird-watching opportunities and there is a good choice of sleeping platforms and cosy dens to choose from. “Just back from an amazing experience, on safari in Kenya with Somak. Everything was taken care of on the trip, from transfers to experiences and excursions. The hotels were very good in the most part (Ashnil ones were excellent). Our driver, Lawrence, was outstanding and really made the trip for us. His knowledge of the animals and ability to navigate the national parks from memory was baffling, he enabled us to see a huge variety of animals over the trip and worked tirelessly to ensure this.
