"S. Gurng,needs to improve on her Customer service. She sounds very rude and aggressive and unwilling to help. She gets very annoyed and angry when questions are asked twice. As expatriate Nepalese, we choose our own Nepalese agency to get comfortable, especially people with language barrier to communicate in own native language to ease the experience. But when the service is so disappointing, it just puts you off. Not just me but my friends and family has also experience this same issue with this agency. Please take this feedback as a constructive criticism and try to improve on this area closely."
