“Went here years ago when there was a Thai restaurant and wasn't impressed. But now it's REALLY good! Highly recommend it. Great variety of menu items - high end rack of lamb down to burgers and pizzas - and all were very good for our party of 5.”

“We dropped in as a last minute decision after googling pubs to eat at in the area and it was excellent! They were very busy as we expected for a Friday night but were happy to accommodate us and we will definitely be back! The onion rings were the best my partner has ever had, alongside the burger which was so tasty and my venison pie was delicious and hearty. Definitely recommend!”

“This place has really taken a huge upward turn since the removal of the former manager and is now surely the only pub in Barnet to frequent. The food here is phenomenal, the Sunday roast is by far the best in the area and there’s a quiz night every Wednesday, what’s not to like? A special mention goes to the fantastic staff who are all warm, welcoming human beings with a great energy that have put the Black Horse right back where it should be.”
