I sent one message on Google and before I knew it, I was called, we had a chat and I was invited straight in for an appointment. I was seen by Zoe, who can I just say was amazing and eased all my nerves. she sat me down and really listened to my hair history, without making me feel bad for how rough my hair was. the whole time Zoe made me feel comfortable, gave me the best service and the nicest small talk about life. I left with a cut that I was comfortable with, hair that felt incredibly smooth and healthy and some products to help me keep the magic at home. the salon, the staff and the experience has really eased my anxiety and I cannot wait to be back for my next trim in August. “Kelly walks our Cockapoo Maggie twice a week and has also provided overnight care for her when we have gone on holiday. We were initially very nervous to leave Maggie with anyone, but Kelly has always been incredibly professional and reassuring. We get video updates through the day and Kelly always tests the temperaments of new dogs before them joining the group walks. Kelly’s pricing is fair and transparent and she is as flexible as possible when it comes to pick up and drop off times etc. Maggie is always incredibly excited to see Kelly and I think that’s the best vote of confidence in her!”

“I have had 2 courses of 8 sessions with Dr Zhang for a few problems including an under active thyroid and back and neck ache. I was diagnosed with my thyroid problems years ago and have never felt so good since I have been seeing her, I have more energy and the bloating has all gone. I have also had severe neck pain for many years and this too has all gone. I will definitely continue to have more sessions with Dr Zhang, she is very patient and understanding and is very good at explaining the treatment as she goes along. Highly Recommended.”
