Downsview Primary School
● Closed“It is perfect for children, located in a very quiet area with little traffic. It has an entry that does not appear in google maps. On the Dowsview street on the right, going down a staircase, it is shorter if you are coming from Beulah. My child started in Reception this year and as we came from another country it started in February. We received them very well. Although he did not speak English, only Spanish has already learned a lot. write and read in English In addition there are professors of Spanish speakers who helped him from the beginning. The director is VERY GOOD.”

St Winifred's Primary School
● Closed“Do not understand the comment from Odeshe Pa - it does not make any sense to me! Bullying? The head teacher is very 'hot' on this and if the homework doesn't make sense, why comment on the internet and not go straight to the teacher. Sounds like they have a different problem. Wonderful school.”

The Lloyd Williamson School
● Closed“Excellent little village school. It might not be the prettiest or have the best facilities but it gets the basics right: staff who genuinely care for the children, teachers who can actually impart knowledge and keep the kids engaged, and small class sizes. Don't trust reviews without comments and outdated threads on Mumsnet and do your own research! My only gripe is that the school is rubbish at marketing itself so classes tend to thin out towards the upper years.”

Busy Bees at Farringtons

Robert Owen Nursery School and Children's Centre
● Closed“I couldn’t asked for a better nursery for my son, they have done nothing but be accommodating taking the time in getting to know my son and helping him with his speech and language. They have always been very polite and helpful to me so I can not complain about the admin or the rest of the staff. My daughter also went there and she loved it also. I really would recommend them. At first when my son started I was a bit worried as I had got use to the staff of my daughters class when she went and was hoping to have the same class and due to suffering mental health I was bit apprehensive about him going into a different class with different staff and in all honesty it’s been the best they really do care about my son and you can tell it is genuine. They genuinely want the best for him and who doesn’t want that for their child or from somewhere looking after your child.”

Alpha Prep School
● Open“Both my sons go here and I must say this is the best that could happen to my children. The teachers are not only highly qualified but they come with a lot of emotional intelligence and treat the kids the best way. The teachers' experience speaks volumes in how the children behave on and off school environments and I will recommend this school to every parent who want to give the best to their kids. Thank you Alpha Prep.”
