As for customer service well I'm speechless it was fantastic Raj Patel the production manager, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and a nice person. The lady who phoned me to say the wood was ready to collect was really polite helpful and knew what she was talking about. I will be using SL Hardwoods again I can highly recommend.”

I didn't get stressed when kids were really excited when I was looking at some carpet and speaking to other staff. This is a really important part of customer service that always gets overlooked. Very friendly staff, great choice and good prices. Very transparent.”
