Steve has been amazing with my dog who has needed major surgery on a tumour, and has just had 2 more removed. The prognosis isn't good and he has been honest and straight talking (which I'm guessing is wrongly taken as rude by some), compassionate, realistic and has gone above and beyond each time I've taken Izzy in. I've also had a previous dog put to sleep there by Alex. Again, compassionate, patient, lets you go at your own pace and was lovely. The receptionists (I've cried over Gemma many times now) are outstanding. Always helpful, always caring, get to know you personally and make you feel like you're their only client. If you're looking for a vet that will tell it as it is and treat your pet as their own, these are your guys.”

“I’ve always had great care at this hospital, from the nurses and staff who looked after me when I had an op, to the physio department, to my surgeon himself. The building is a bit dated if you compare it to the Guildford Nuffield, but that’s the only fault I can really find with it”

“Beautiful caring staff, lovely situation, the only place I will ever leave my cat. The cabins are sheltered with an indoor section with a bed and heat lamp. Lots of climbing spaces and shelves to perch on. You can look at them before you book, and you get to settle your cat in the cabin yourself. They call straight away if there is anything unusual. My family now use them too for their older cats. Mine is an grumpy rescue girl, they understand cats and have worked with her super well.”

“There was a slight queue, but the service was very quick so I didn't have to wait long. The waiting area was very comfy and had a range of magazines and newspapers - as well as toys and books for kids as well. The entire barbershop was extremely clean and well kept - nice and cool too. The barber was very polite and held good conservation throughout -making it a very chilled and comfortable environment. I was very impressed with the haircut, and the prices are extremely reasonable too.”

“If anyone is unsure of going back to the hairdressers after lockdown then dont be. Extremely friendly and professional service and I felt very safe having my hair done. All staff are wearing masks and each work station is safely separated and cleaned down after each client. Tea and coffee still offered but in throw away cups. Fab service as usual and cant recommended these guys highly enough.”
