Service is fantastic and it's a great set of guys in here, I genuinely look forward to going in and having a laugh with them. “Our family doctors. I find the reception staff very approachable and helpful. I fully understand they have to ask what an appointment is for as they need to ensure correct medical personnel sees the patient, I have never found their questions invasive. The GPs are also very good, even opened up early to see me one afternoon because they were concerned about my post covid symptoms after a telephone consultation. I have only one issue with the surgery, the automatic doors are too near the reception desks and have a habit of opening far too frequently allowing the sound of the busy road to make it difficult to hear the receptionist. It must also be very draughty for the reception staff! This surgery also has a very good relationship with the pharmacy opposite which means getting medication and acting on pharmacist medical advice is seamless.”
