“Probably had the BEST customer service I have EVER had in my life the other day. Came in to buy a specific pair of headphones and was approached the minute I walked in. Gave the details of the model and was told to sit. I get paid with love2shop gift cards for work and they can be an absolute pain and headache when buying something but the lady who assisted me, Sara, was amazing! She worked with me through lots of cards (I had saved up - there was probably 15+ cards) with none of the rudeness I’ve previously experienced in other stores and just a lovely energy. Literally came in and came out so quickly and smoothly - definitely expected to handle some problems when I was going to this store but I’m so happy I did not have to deal with issues.
