"Bad - I am a pensioner whose screen broke outside the shop. Went in to get it mended. New screen never fitted properly. Moves when I touch it and freezes. Been back 3 times. Today because the screen went completely! They said water damage, where I used in the rain today. Which must have got in because of this bad fitting screen.. now I have no working phone !!"

"Absolutely disgusting customer service. Ment to fix phone but now cannot attach screen protector as screen to curved. Do not shop here complete waste of money. Gave them the option to rectify the problem but ignorant guy kept repeating the same things not listening to my issue. Had to walk out as not getting anywhere"

I did not even ask his name because I was so excited with a fair price for an iPhone 7 screen replacement, sensor replacement and glass screen protector. I am blown away to get outstanding customer service with a fair price, quality products and fabulous workmanship. The store was very clean as well.
