“Excellent Click & Collect service during Covid-19 lockdown. Very quick and efficient. Having a catalogue aids ordering so you know exactly what to order with the product code from it. Found it difficult to order by scrolling through dozens of pages (screens) to find what I wanted then remembered I had a real catalogue. Once I had a list of products it was easy to order in line. No sooner had I ordered, a minute or so later I got the text to say I could collect it. Very keen prices and a wide choice too .”

“Final call-out on the saga of playing up John Lewis Fridge Freezer, which, sadly, after 12 years, needs now to be replaced. We Repair would have replaced the temp control and motherboard, but, the engineer discovered that the gas was only at 50%, which means there is a leak, not repairable, so need to replace. We Repair are definitely the best outfit all round from phone support to the brilliant engineer I've ever had to deal with. Highly recommend you ask for them, if you have a choice. Cannot fault the service from We Repair (via D&G). All aspects of the service are really good, from phone support at customer services, timely updates to the last 30 minutes prior to arrival of engineer, to the acutal knowledge and capabilities of the engineer to identify and sort out the issue with our Fridge / Freezer. Gave me some useful tips on general maintenance too. Responsive, Realiable and Reassuringly adept at Repair.”

“Our Braverman Kitchen project has just been completed and we are absolutely delighted with it. The original designs were fantastic - and in truth, we didn't think the finished project would look exactly like them or even as good as them. But they did. In fact, we were even more impressed. The quality, layout, appliances and finishing touches are superb. The worktop really finished it all off and we love the hidden cupboard with the pull out tray too!! However, aside from the finished kitchen, it is the service level which was even better. The whole experience was excellent and the service extremely efficient from start to finish - not just from Charles himself, but the whole team including the fitters. Nothing was too much trouble. The store also has a good selection of gift cards for a multitude of retailers, which are very handy for birthdays, anniversaries etc.”
