“Absolutely incredible. Stayed in the area for a few days and being vegan, it’s usually hard to find decent food. Visited twice, had the wraps and the shish and rice, both were so delicious. Not sure how they make the imitation meat but it’s so good - wishing they’d come to central London so I could eat it more!!!”

“An absolutely excellent place for a meal before a flight. Great service, great food. We had a pastrami sandwich and mac & cheese. Mac & cheese was just right; it was not swimming in cheese. The sandwich bread was nicely toasted and all the ingredients were fresh and delicious. Even their chips were good.”

“Ive been to this restaurant many times and always loved their food. But what makes this restaurant special is one of the staff who works there. This review is a special shout out to Blair. He was very polite, courteous and a hospitable to all the people who had come to dine. He made sure people were seated quickly and arranged tables to be cleaned for everyone. He was going to every table after the food was served to ask if everything was ok and if could get them anything else. He was working with full dedication as if he owned the place and playing excellent host. Thank you Blair. Such staff should be treasured and constantly appreciated.”

“Just came here for a cuppa hot chocolate with my partner. Place is fantastic to chill or even for a quick date. So chill and relaxing. The only disadvantage of it is that a chocolate is £4 and if you want a flavour, it's an additional £2. For a small cup of hot chocolate £6 is too much compared to other big brand coffee stores, but the taste of chocolate was nice.”

“I love a Caffé Nero haul where always possible and one of the most awesome coffee joints I've visited. Cute, quaint and homey laid back joint with a great vibe and very welcoming cosy seats with a great drinks menu. Font forget your Nero rewards stamps! I love how Caffé Nero is a low fuss and down to earth coffee joint and never charges extra for non dairy milk options!”

“Yo Sushi is one of my favorite sushi restaurant. Not necessarily because of their sushi, but because it’s so fun eating there. The sushi is not the best, they are ok sushis, but the hot plates like the katsus or the newly added Korean Fried chicken are definitely one of the best!”

“I was introduced to Pavilion by one of my friends. There was serious hype, so I had high, high expectations. I went for the lamb chops and spicy wings (they were the recommended choices). The spicy wings were incredible - super soft and succulent, packed with flavour and a hint of lemon. The garlic mayo sauce complimented them superbly. I could easily devour 21 in one sitting. As for the lamb chops - they were sumptuous. The seasoning was great and it was cooked very well - the meat was juicy and it was easy to chew. It came with a salad and some fries, which was very tasty. I’ve been to this spot over 5 times now, so it’s fair to say there’s good consistency here. I’ve eaten in at every occasion, so that’s my recommendation for freshly cooked food. The staff are super nice and thoughtful. The seating is quite compact and dark, which does dim the experience. The tables could also be a little cleaner. The prices and portions are decent, considering the area. If you’re around west London, especially Heathrow or Cranford or Hounslow ends, you absolutely have to go here for grilled chops and wings. I’ll certainly be returning. 9/10.”

“Always get my tea or coffee at the Gate A3 Pret. I find it quieter and you can charge your phone. However this morning I was the first customer and my coffee was on the house! Nice people. Thank you”

“Very convenient store , friendly staff always welcoming , Saleem the manager was very friendly, I always see him pulling the cages or stocking the shelves. I wanted strawberries which was out stock on shelf, he went inside pulled a cage out ,help me with strawberries which was right at bottom of the cage. Thank you”

“It’s Leon, it’s fast food. I think some of the people here might be expecting gourmet food. Anyway, I got the vegan Love burger and really loved it. The patty tasted like the Beyond Meat one and the sauces were really nice as well. The staff was super friendly too”

“The queues for most food outlets was quite long but true the sprite of Itsu, the food came really quickly without any compromise on content or flavour As a vegan there is enough choice because there a meat, veggie and vegan version of each dish. Although space was limited, I managed to find a perch and tucked into my food. I chose the ‘Veggie Gyoza Noodle Bowl’ which is a vegan option. The noodle bowl was crammed full of big fat juicy noodles, veggies and seeds with plenty of large dumplings. Wether you preference is to eat with chopsticks, fork, spoon or Itay’s Spork, it’s always best to slurp the delicious, rich broth straight from the bowl when the food has been eaten. It left a lovely lingering flavour in my mouth which I can still taste and hour later as sit on the aircraft typing this up. I also had the ‘Jasmine Tea’ which liked but for those that don’t like a strong floral flavour, avoid it as it’s strong. For those that do, it’s worth it.”

“I was surprised to read the comments about rude staff. Everytime I go here the people are very friendly and helpful. I will try to shop here more often, clean and organized. They lift your basket if it is too heavy, pack your bags and help you to the car if required. My baby was getting irritated so one of the staff handed her a lollypop and asked me If I needed any help. What else would you want from a grocery store?!”

“High credits to brave and tireless barista serving all alone last soldier at the lost post besieged by customers! Around midnight, terminal full of people arriving from around the world, frustrated of staff shortage induced baggage chaos, long waits, missed connections... Cafe Nero is probably the only venue still open and serving relief. With a single staff only! I hope the company will reward him an extra bonus. What an illustration of the time we are living now...”
