“First time visit to Pet Perfection in Petts Wood and I was pleasantly surprised and super happy with the staff and the facilities available. Would definitely recommend and this will be a regular place for me now.”

“First time I've needed to use this new centre. I was 'mega' impressed! I did have a long wait for an appointment in Derma, but I was pretty sure it was not an urgent condition so didn't worry. But the new building is smart and clean and obviously modern. Facilities were not crowded or cramped. Reception staff were young but (quite unusual for the young!) helpful. Dr Malone the consultant was excellent, and has been before. Her 'couch-side' manner impeccable. Friendly but a most professional examination and study of my notes too. A thorough examination, a relief that the problem solely requires a cream which was promptly prescribed, and as I suspected the problem had been caught at an early stage and was not dangerous. Some skin cancers can be deadly, and for Dermatology to now have such a centre of excellence and permanent facilities locally reflects it's importance as a health service sector, and it's increasing relevance within the field of skin cancers with climate changes affecting us all. A Dr Parson I understand was highly influential in the development of this centre, and he happens to be my GP of long standing also, and I would like to congratulate him for the success of this new building, a worthy addition to our NHS and badly needed. Our health system will never be perfect for all, our expectations in modern times are higher, and our nation through successive Govt failures is no longer as wealthy. But the staff in our NHS continue to amaze me for their resilience. They should be proud. But, the continued under-funding of resources and restriction of salaries under a certain parties control (which shall remain nameless) will (and has) destroy morale and lead to a brain drain of our badly needed professionals, to places prepared to offer better conditions of work-and there are many. It's high time we recognised the importance of the nations health in productivity, and invested properly in healthcare. Orpington reflects 'one small step for man', but one giant leap for mankind is still desperately needed.”

“From the moment you walk into the shop and greeted by the lovely receptionists I felt at ease. I have had 3 scans here now and every sonographer have been very informative, helpful reassuring and just an all round lovely lady that made me feel relaxed as soon as I entered the room. They don't rush and everything is explained clearly. You have lots of screens to see from and if they struggle to get some nice photos or footage for you they will rebook you or get you to go for a walk. Its not wasted and you certainly get your money worth. Would highly recommend. Thank you ladies :)”

“I came to see Dr Kunal to change my filling on my front tooth where I had an accident 10 years ago but the old filling changed colour. I’m also dentist, so it was so important for me to find someone that can change it and match it as much as possible to my other teeth before my wedding. I have followed Dr Kunal for quite some time now as I love his work, and knew after I finished my Invisalign I would only trust him to change my filling. I was not disappointed. He exceeded my expectations and took so much time, even longer than the appointment was meant to be in order to perfect it before my big day! I cannot tell you the difference he made to my smile, and I’m the pickiest person and it’s not easy treating another dentist. I’m so happy I came to him and will always come back for future work to him. I would recommend anyone to go to him and trust him completely, you won’t be disappointed I have included photos I’ve taken before and after to show you the difference.”

Tomatoes and few other vegetables are generally cheaper and better in Krishna store.. Service and staff is great! Recommended place for sure..”

“My 10 year old cat Cookie was in visible distress on Monday, agitated, frantic, growling, hissing and crying and unable to breathe properly (open mouth breaths). I phoned Andersons straight away, they asked me to bring cookie right away. Cookie was seen and assessed as soon as we got there. Charlotte introduced herself to me and my son Adam. She gave fantastic advice on how she wanted to treat cookie. Cookie was put into an oxygen tent as her breathing was erratic and was showing signs of distress. Cookie had somehow managed to injure herself at home (indoor cat) and the pain was obviously more than she could cope with. Proves a point that animals behave like humans when they are in pain (panic, stress, anxiety, hyperventilating etc). Charlotte advised to keep cookie at vets for a few hours to see how she responded to oxygen tent and pain relief. She phoned me with regular updates and did everything in her power to make cookie well. Cookie was so happy to be home and absolutely milked the attention. Her wound is healing without any issues at all and this morning, day 4, I'd say she's back to her normal self demanding strokes and a lap for cuddles and right now, she's organising the clean laundry, ie, hiding my sons socks behind the couch. I've always used Andersons for every pet we have had. I am overwhelmed with the love and care they give to every animal. I know they are trained and qualified at their job but, regardless of how many qualifications the vets have, empathy and compassion can not be taught, it's part of who you are (or not) and we are so very grateful to Charlotte and all the staff who acted quickly to help my cookie. Angels don't just live in heaven, they are sent to earth to do God's work. Thank you so, so, so much for making cookie better xxxx”

“I went in to Iceland today, my ms was giving me trouble so was draining to shop and get buses. Some angel of a lady who works there I think her name is Laura but not 100 percent noticed I wasn't right plus noticed I was upset and this beautiful human being offered to pay for a cab for me , what a kind caring and compassionate lady we had a moment and I will never forget her heart. I declined the cab but the amazing man who stands by the door pushed my trolly to the bus stop.
