“Just been here for a walk in booster jab. Whole process took approx 30mins including 10 minute sit down after jab (Moderna). I phoned ahead to make sure clinic was running and was advised that queuing could be up to 2 hours as booked appts have priority. However I was told pm was quieter. Well done to all involved, fast friendly and efficient. Well done for all the hard work, the nhs app doesn't find you on the postcode search and I'm guessing with the word out there you are probably servicing most of Kent! Keep up the good work and don't let the moaners get you down. You are doing great and thanks for volunteering.”

“Anxiety, depression and bereavement I have suffered with all 3 of these issues for a number of years before receiving help from Dominique. I’d had therapy sessions in the past and wasn’t exactly sure how this could be any different - how wrong I was! Dominique first treated me for the bereavement I was suffering badly with. I never thought I could feel the way I do now. The incident that used to almost paralysis me has now morphed into a beautiful recall of my memories. I can revisit that sad day now with love and not devastation. I thought this would be impossible. This is no ordinary therapy this really works. Depression- again Dominique delved into things I had no idea could have caused my issues. She asked questions that I’ve never been asked before in therapy. This was getting to the core of the issue- it was uncomfortable- but Dominique guided me through this with great care and compassion. The exercises put in place to achieve resolution were demonstrated and Dominque actually did these with me as I learnt how to do this,so I never felt awkward at any point. Anxiety was treated alongside the therapy for despession. Dominique has a wondeful way and explained how and why the brain works the way it does- this was wondeful for me as I love to know how the body operates. To summerise my treatment I can honestly say I miss my weekly session. Dominque has been the best therapist I have ever had. She is compasioante, explains everything thoroughly, puts you totally at ease and simply has a wonderful way about her. Above all this therapy really works. Dominque - thank you Thank you Dominque”

“I must say reading all the negative reviews, has really shocked me. I have been with this practise for about a year now. I have never had a problem getting an appointment. The receptionists can never do enough for me and are always so helpful. Dr White is currently helping me and I must say she is very thorough, always calls back if I need to ask advice and i instantly felt comfortable. Thank you. Some reviews have been quite rude…. But you cannot please everyone and I think those people must be very hard to please or woke on the wrong side of the bed!!”

“From travel vaccinations to routine appointments I’ve visited the practice on several occasions over the last few months and can only say the experience has been excellent. Antonella and Jane are warm, friendly and very efficient, can usually get an appointment within 10 days for non-urgent or same day if urgent. Maybe things were better in a mythical past but hard pressed to find a GP surgery offering much better at present when stretched. Have had very good telephone appointments that were on time for things that don’t need to be seen in person and effective, on time in-person appointments. I’d read the reviews before moving into the area and St. John’s was one of the few places accepting patients, naturally was a bit concerned. The reality is on recent experience, this is a very good GP practice where you CAN get an appointment. Unrealistic expectations of a stretched service do not provide a representative view of the practice.”
