Our host Terry was very informative and incredibly patient answering all of the children’s questions (and there were a lot of questions). The children were able to hold a Guinea pig and Terry made them feel comfortable whilst doing so. We all had a brilliant evening. Thank you Terry.”

“I recently placed an order with AYP. I had such a positive experience despite the bad reviews. The prices for the products and shipping were excellent, cheapest around. I was kept up to date with emails, and I received my order within 2 days of placing it. I was sent the tracking details which I could follow for updates and the delivery was fast, driver courteous and friendly, products were packaged well. I also sent AYP an email enquiry to which I got a reply and some help within 1 hour of sending it. The customer service was also very helpful and friendly. I honestly cannot fault the service I received. I would highly recommend and I wouldn't be deterred based on the bad reviews. “I cannot recommend Vets for Pets in Chadwell Heath highly enough. We have been coming here for years for treatment of our 2 cats and the love and care they received is second to none. Unfortunately we recently lost our little George who was rescued by Cheryl and then adopted by my dad. The care, respect and dedication to treatment Caroline showed George from the outset was amazing and we can never thank her enough for giving us the extra precious 6 months with him. They also diagnosed our other monster with diabetes and were great at showing us how to treat this at home and he is still thriving. Thank you for all you do xx”

“Really can’t talk much about them. They were really helpful in everything. From the starting till we got our puppy flofy. “I was referred to this place to have teeth removed under sedation . Omg the service is so professional . Friendly staff and they was so quick to I was surprised was seen a 9 out and In the cab at 10 could not believe how quick they was, I don't remember all the staff that served me but one of the nurses was called Jo (not sure if I have the correct spelling) but she was so amazing I felt really relaxed .
