“FANTASTIC!!! Samantha is amazing. I have progressed more with Sam, than any other physiotherapy that I have been having. Samantha is so friendly and even if I don’t get to see her each week, she knows where I am regarding my recovery, as soon as I arrive and then improves my progress by the end of the session. All with praise, encouragement and getting me to believe I could get full recovery in my hand, which I don’t get from any other physio appointments I have elsewhere. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! “I’ve never reviewed anywhere before but I have to say I had my gender scan with Mohamed yesterday and the whole thing was a great experience. He was so patient and friendly, didn’t rush through the scan, made us feel very welcome and even give some extra videos and photos which we were not expecting. Will definitely be coming to him again for anymore private scans as usually other places rush you, he actually gave us a long in depth scan explaining everything. Would definitely recommend this place.”

“Just been here for a walk in booster jab. Whole process took approx 30mins including 10 minute sit down after jab (Moderna). I phoned ahead to make sure clinic was running and was advised that queuing could be up to 2 hours as booked appts have priority. However I was told pm was quieter. Well done to all involved, fast friendly and efficient. Well done for all the hard work, the nhs app doesn't find you on the postcode search and I'm guessing with the word out there you are probably servicing most of Kent! Keep up the good work and don't let the moaners get you down. You are doing great and thanks for volunteering.”

“I arrived at the walk in test centre. The gentlemen at the reception desk was so polite and helpful. The lady who gave me my jab was also so polite and helpful. I couldn't of asked for a better service. It's so lovely to have friendly faces that put you at ease before your jab. I couldn't recommend them enough for their service and I would tell everyone to come here to have their vaccine.”

“I went to this Pharmacy today at 12:55 (they shut at 1) in a blind panic as I needed to collect my mums prescription which she couldn’t collect. I phoned them and explained the situation and they told me they will have it at the door waiting for me! I literally pulled up and they gave it to me even though they were closing! Fantastic service! Really lovely ladies in there this afternoon. Thank you so much I feel so relieved that my mum has her prescription now!”

“If your child is sick highly recommend. Pediatrics will have brain storm before they will start treatment. Of course always you will find black sheep so keep your eyes wide open. Children's ward very well prepared for little ones. Outdoor playground, playroom, corridors with toys, nursr will prepare toys for your child and will bring to bed, also coming therapeutic dogs to comfort your child. Parents room with tea and coffee. They will give you spare nappy if you don't have. Bathroom painted with ocean animals, will give you towels. Food wise you will get breakfast, lunch and dinner and 2 times a day snacks.”
