The Runnymede Hospital
● Closed“I was seen by the consultant Mr. Agrawal on Wednesday because of unbearable pain due to Kidney Stone as shown by the CT Scan. I was operated on the next day. I am so glad I chose that option as the stone was breached and would prolong my agony. I am now pain free and back to normal. The care was excellent and very professional from outpatients to discharge! The staff was so warm and so caring. Extra care was given to me as a patient with round the clock checks until my discharge the following day. The food was excellent too. Highly recommended!”

Mr Shaheen Khazali
● Closed“I was diagnosed with one of the worst case of endometriosis back in 2004 and had my first open surgery back then with a different doctor and in a different country. I then carried on with treatment of my recurring endometriosis by alternating the mirena coil and lupron injections. I was told that I needed a second surgery but avoided it all costs because I couldn't a find a surgeon that made me feel confident about the results of my procedure. In January 2018, my endometriosis worsened (with a vengeance) and the doctors discovered that I had fibroids in my uterus that was causing excessive bleeding and bloating of my lower tummy and was told I needed a hysterectomy and possibly the removal of my ovaries. After asking around, I was recommended to see Dr. Khazali. I knew from the very moment I met him that he was the right surgeon for my complicated procedure and that I would be in good hands. He was straight and honest with me about what to expect from my procedure and what may happen. I felt confident knowing that I found an expert in endometriosis who specialised in complicated procedures like mine. I was operated by Dr. Khazali in April 2018 and my procedure was successful despite its complications (my uterus had grown 2x its size and was partially stuck to my bowel, therefore I had to undergo open instead of keyhole surgery); although we spoke about trying to save my ovaries during our consultations, my ovaries unfortunately were removed due to the endometriosis. I did not experience any post operation complications and my recovery has been surprisingly faster than what I expected and successful.”

The Eaves
● Closed“I sought therapy because I was struggling to cope with the stressors of my studies. I took a couple of therapy sessions with Jacqui, and it worked for me - I highly recommend it. What I liked most about the sessions was that Jacqui allowed me to lead the sessions, helping me with identifying patterns in my past and forming strategies to cope better in the future.”

St Peter's Hospital
● Open“After finding myself in the unfortunate circumstances of being in a&e, seeing the GPs exhausted, the nurses understaffed and trying their best. I was glad I could be someone who smiled and thanked them for their time. It may have taken 9.5hr and an overnight stay… but their dedication to their job got me the answers I needed in a day. I was well cared for and received amazing care and multiple services which would have taken me months to do without their support. The night nurse who I am regretful to not know her name was incredible. We shared laughs when deep down I was scared. Thank you to all your team who did an amazing job for me! Keep working for what you believe in and I hope the system gives back to you all what you deserve!”
