Samantha is so friendly and even if I don’t get to see her each week, she knows where I am regarding my recovery, as soon as I arrive and then improves my progress by the end of the session. All with praise, encouragement and getting me to believe I could get full recovery in my hand, which I don’t get from any other physio appointments I have elsewhere. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! “A good Boots store, can possibly find everything you would usually get from a boots store. Can a bit overcrowded but otherwise not too bad. Customer service at the tile is good and fast.”

“Came today for my 4year old sons potential allergy. Got there an hour before his appointment. Went in and was greeted by lovely smiley reception staff. (Obviously being early I expected to wait a very long time) sat down and within minutes my sons name was called to be weighed and measured, again the nurse who did this was lovely and chatty. We went and sat back down again, and minutes later were called by the dr! After seeing the dr we were told we’d need a blood test! I was told we could numb it and wait an hour or use the cold spray straight away, so off we go to have the blood test with cold spray! The 2 nurses doing it were again so lovely and explained everything that would happen. A bonus for my son was a sticker and toy! I’m so impressed with how everything went! We were in and out of the car park before his actual appointment time! I’m sure not every day runs as smoothly as it did this morning but I’d like to thank everyone as it was a fantastic experience!”

“Ronnie looked after my jack Russell and Lakeland terrier cross two brothers called Ronnie&Reggie while I was playing in a golf tournament they can be abit of a handful to say the least first time they had been to her what a lovely lady puts you at ease straight away that she will take care of the two Herbert’s to be honest I felt more worried for her lol but she had them under control in no time sent me photos and updates of them all out enjoying the walk together in fact I think didn’t really want to come home they enjoyed themselves that much fed them dinner when home both flat out on the sofa very content terriers I cannot recommend Ronnie enough even gave both of them a kiss goodbye patience of a saint!!! if you need someone to look after your dogs and in safe hands look no further will definitely use again if my numbers not barred lol thanks again Ronnie rgds Jimmy”
