I am continually doing the exercise that he taught me, my injured part has gone better and improved. I'd definitely recommend people to go to him if you are suffering any issue as he will help you fixing it. The most importantly is the cost is friendly and fair compared with any physios.”

“Cracking all round experience, I have been going here for over a year and continue to go even though I don't live in Romford anymore. “Our local Beaver colony had a fantastic evening at Pets at Home Romford. Our host Terry was very informative and incredibly patient answering all of the children’s questions (and there were a lot of questions). It was very busy at the time and we waited a little longer than our appointment time but it was worth the wait as we left feeling relieved having had everything explained to us. “Brilliant NHS Sevices by the NELFT including Community Podiatry Services, Phlebotomy (Blood Test), Tissue Viability Service and Physiotherapy. Have been using this service for more than 5 years and very happy with it! Reception & Booking Team and Clinicians are very friendly and professional! Excellent service! Even though this centre does have GP Surgeries but these are outside of NELFT. Many reviews being left here are for GP Surgery which, I believe, doesn't reflect the overall service!”

“I would highly recommend! This is my first experience of Botox. I’ve always been nervous of getting it done, but Paul could not have put me more at ease. When I arrived, Paul gave me an in-depth consultation and explained exactly what was going to be done - this was great, as it gave me a better understanding of the muscles it will be effecting and how it worked. The facilities were extremely clean and he made me feel very comfortable. The procedure itself only took 5 minutes and was completely pain free. I left there with no marks or swelling. Paul also gave me after care advice and checked up on me the following day. Excellent service! Couldn’t have asked for more. I will definitely be going back!”
