“I spent several months with Philip, and whilst our time together felt short nearly a year later i'm still able to see a profound change to many areas of my life as a consequence of our sessions. Philip taught me how to ask myself the right questions when I couldn't make sense of the patterns I was falling into. Personally suffering from anxiety and post-traumatic stress, Philip helped me gain a better understanding of my trigger points, how to handle flashbacks/disturbing thought. Ultimately, Philip helped me to make decisions about seeking professional help but I'll certainly be back once life allows (covid) to continue our weekly sessions. Cannot recommend more! :)”

“I highly recommend Jatinder, Dr Raj and Kuldeep - particularly for anybody with a fear of dentists. I was forced to find a dentist for an emergency appointment due to an abscess, and having checked reviews I contacted Wellbeing Dental Clinic. Due to the most ridiculous terror of dentists, I no longer smiled as my teeth hadn’t been checked for more years than I care to remember and were in a terrible state - crumbling, stained and I had a horrible click in my jaw when eating. I decided it was time to bite the bullet and get my teeth sorted out, regardless of my fears. I was seen by Jatinder who was totally understanding of my fears, so I got my antibiotics and committed to organising a treatment plan with Dr Raj, another dentist at the practice. As I drove off, the enormity of what I’d just done and agreed to really hit me and I had to pull over as I started shaking uncontrollably and crying with a combination of relief at having survived the appointment and terror at what lay ahead! When I returned, I met with Dr Raj and Kuldeep who are wonderfully kind and understanding. Since then, I’ve had numerous treatments so my jaw no longer clicks and I can now smile widely without being mortified by my teeth and trying to keep them covered. My treatment hasn’t quite finished but apart from being absolutely thrilled with the work done so far, I’ve lost most of my fears of going to the dentist as a result of how understanding and patient Dr Raj and Kuldeep have been. “I came here from East London to get the copper coil fitted, I wasn’t able to get an appointment at All East SH for a few months, the service is awful and shocking! This is the only walk in service I was able to find in London, and I was really pleased. I came at 12:30 for an appointment, there was a small queue but the receptionists were moving people quickly, the process was very professional and you didn’t discuss anything out loud. I got given an appointment same day at 4:10, though you do have to wait around, it is incredible that you get on the day appointments! I got seen a little before my appointment as I was a bit early, which was very nice as I had expected to wait for at least an hour. There were some IT complications with appointments, however the two lovely receptionists got me seen anyway and it was a smooth process from start to finish. I was seen by the lovely nurse Kim, who eased my nerves and made me feel very comfortable with the entire process. She didn’t rush over explaining, answered all my questions and took her time. I didn’t feel like she was trying to get me seen asap, like at the gp. I’m quite prone to fainting so she asked if I would like another person present to hold my hand and talk to me during the procedure, this was the wonderful Sue! Both ladies kept me comfortable and were by my side the entire time. The procedure isn’t pleasant, however I felt as comfortable as possible and I got to stay as long as I needed afterwards. The ladies went above and beyond to make sure I was okay, they made sure I was fit to travel home before I left the clinic, and even asked if I could possibly get someone to collect me. I couldn’t thank them enough for how much they cared! For anyone wondering if there is parking, there are quite a few pay by phone parking spots available and I was able to find this quite easily. Thank you to both receptionists, and Sue and Kim again for making this process as smooth as possible! I would most definitely recommend the clinic, and you have my respect for running a walk in clinic as smoothly as you do! If it wasn’t so far I would bring you all chocolates :)”

“They brought my daughter back from a very dark place within 6 weeks, still a small way to go but I am eternally grateful to al Doctors and carers. You have to be a special person to do this kind of work. Seen the other reviews but my experience is very positive, thought I had lost her. An addition to my review - if you have a relative or loved one that has a mental condition, medication is key. My daughter came back to me briefly but decided nothing was wrong so threw her medication away. That’s the biggest self destructive part about schizophrenia in whatever form it lands at your door, the patient thinks they’re fine it’s the rest of society that’s not well.”
