I used the ad-hoc support sessions which were great for providing periodic support via Zoom as needed as I worked through the visa application myself. It was also nice having the continuity of dealing with the one person (in my case Warrick) throughout the process. They do also have the full service for those that require the visa process being fully managed for them. It was nice to have both options though, unlike other companies I checked out. We had our spousal visa granted successfully a few months after submission so the help they provided in making the application water-tight paid off. Worth every penny! “Best boarding experience ever! I would give 10 stars if possible. We moved to UK from overseas with a very nervous cat. From the first email contact we had with Chantal I started to relax. She was very responsive, supportive and reassuring. When we got here we had a quick tour (careful not to interact with our cat so we didn't upset her adjustment - Chantal knows cats so well!). It is a lovely facility. Very generous spaces for all cats, sparkling clean, calm environment yet stimulating with plenty of fresh air as well as quiet indoor spaces. Having such a lovely place for our cat during our transition has made our move so much easier. UPDATE: We picked up our cat 4 days ago and brought her to our new home. A house she's never lived in without any of our furniture (it hasn't arrived in UK yet). So there is nothing that is familiar to her (except us). Yet she's amazingly relaxed and has adapted far better than we anticipated based her temperament and our previous overseas moves. She clearly was very happy at The Cat's Whiskers to arrive home in such great emotional and physical shape. We are huge Chantal/Cat Whiskers fans!”

“We are a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 children) that stayed for about 6 months Modernview Serviced Accommodation 2 bed Executive apartment - Cassio. The apartments are fully furnished, well equipped and had everything we needed like washer dryer, toaster, kettle and oven. The Apartment was Super Clean, Serviced regularly by a professional housekeeper. The apartment was extremely cozy and comfortable for me and my family, we felt very much at home. Lots of things to do in and around Watford, We visited Harry Porter Leavesden Studios about 10 minutes drive away, also Central London was only 20 minutes by overland train. The apartment is close to amenities, the high street just a few minutes walk away, lots of restaurants and nice local shops. Staff were very supportive and went an extra mile to ensure we were well settled and comfortable! Would definitely recommend staying!”

After trying a few taxi services and not getting through or being told they don't have taxis big enough I tried this company for the first time and was told they have a taxi which was great. We had 2 adults, 2 children, 1 big suitcase, couple small suitcases n wheelchair so needed a bigger taxi to fit everything. The lady the owner made us feel at ease and was very chatty all through the journey. Will definitely be using the company again . Thank you”
