They didn't do any unnecessary work, they made extra effort to see the general health of my car and made recommendations of what needed doing based on their inspection. Upon receiving the car back the car felt great it i took it on a 400 mile journey up north over the weekend and back and the car is great. Going forward I will be using him for the long term maintenance of my car and I also have my e39 m5 booked in also. He was very polite, explained the issue and advised me further to what’s needed. I decided to do all the repairs necessary.
