"Awful. Negligent. Will not refund my fee despite failing to do the job. Their terms say they have a six month guarantee on their work - don't believe it. Waited in twice for four hours for them to fix my Smeg oven. They came with the wrong part. Then they charged another £72 to put a paddle (I'd bought) into my Bosch washing machine. The paddle immediately came out and they will not refund the money. 'Customer Service' is rude. Iva Stoyanova, the owner, will not respond to emails or phone calls. Everyone else in the office refuses to help saying Iva will call back. She hasn't in two months. Save yourself money and hassle by getting someone else to do the job."
