“I like Gradans because it is one of the few Hardware shops of it's type left. The quality of their goods is excellent, the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. When I'm not sure exactly what I want I buy both, knowing full well that there's no cut off date for taking back the one I don't need. Wickes, B&Q etc are okay but pretty much all sell the same stuff and you get what you pay for. Some of Gradans stuff isn't cheap but it keeps it's appearance and lasts.”

“Over the years we have tried most things on their excellent menu and have loved everything! The bagettes,wraps and sandwiches are filled to the full with fresh tasty ingredients. The cafe has a friendly happy upbeat vibe with a varied menu for eating in or take away. The homemade cakes are really lovely and the large slice of cake is very fresh, moist and really good value. I've used the buffet service for parties, get together, funerals etc. The buffet is packed in covered dishes and everything is fresh and as tasty as the cafe menu and excellent value for money. I have recommended them with confidence. Support local ...Mrs T's deserves your full support!”

“Held my daughter's naming ceremony here and the service we received right from the first contact was brilliant. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient and always on hand when needed whilst giving us the space we needed to make the room our own . The food was really tasty with a great selection of sandwiches and savoury items. The cake was really yummy and there was plenty of it. There was plenty of tea and coffee too for all of our guests The room was clean bright and spacious and decorated beautifully with access to the outside patio and play area and we were able to bring our dog who enjoyed it as much as we did. I would really recommend hiring the room for your function as the staff made the whole process as pleasurable and stress free as possible leaving us time to enjoy our daughters special day. Thank you to you all for everything”

Waz is the best Injector I've come across, he's really got some skills, he knows what he’s doing and really does the magic. “Prash was very accommodating and helpful throughout my visit. This guesthouse is located about a 10/15 minute walk North of the train station and is very easy to get to. The room was clean, warm, and safe. The shower was very hot and a little tricky to get the hang of. There are a lot of local places to grab food. I stuck to Sainsburys as wasn’t there for long and made the big error of going to Papa Johns - awful customer service. There is also a chugger train which links Hornchurch, and Upminster. Overall, this was a pleasant stay at this guesthouse.”
