“Went here yesterday to get some flower petals to use when scattering my dear dad's ashes. Sam was an absolute gent, gave his condolences and we went on to have a beautiful conversation, he also gave me some complimentary white flowers to give to my mum, he just went above and beyond. This was a completely different experience compared to another local florist in Langley, who offered no condolences and just pointed me in the direction of a booklet. From my very first enquiry, the team have been amazing! Responsive to emails, always at the end of the phone and fully open to ideas and making everything work.
