“A big thank you to Robert from Robert’s Fine Jewellery based on the Upper Level of the Belfry Shopping Centre. I needed my watch battery replaced only to discover the back had been cross threaded when it was previously replaced by a jewellers in Kingston Upon Thames. Robert was excellent in making sure the job got done, and sent it to a watch repairer. This only took a couple of days and Robert also steam cleaned and buffed out the scratches on the strap. I can honestly say the watch hasn’t looked so good in years and everything cost only £15 so can’t recommend this jewellers highly enough.”

“I went to Edward as my engagement ring had broken and this was not the first time. Edward examined the ring and was quickly able to determine what the issue was and why it had previously broken. The work that was carried out was exceptional. He strengthened the setting and created claws to ensure that the diamond would this time stay in place. You would never know there had been any alterations made to the ring and the quality of work is brilliant. I would highly recommend.”

“Amo is brilliant, had many piercings done by her and it is always such a good experience, she's so friendly and really puts you at ease. The piercings have all healed perfectly and she obviously really understands the importance of individual anatomy in terms of piercings, which some previous peircers I've been to definitely haven't!
