He has a very calm and reassuring manner, with great depth of knowledge, attention to detail, modern technology and he really cares. All the staff are caring and very professional. Mr Marsh was absolutely brilliant during lockdown when I had a problem, and he’s also made adjustments for my Mum after her stroke. Arta, who owns the salon comes from a hairdressing background so her credentials go back to her childhood, she is obviously well versed in current hairdressing trends and is a calm & assured presence in the salon. Having previously had a Brazilian blow dry at a different salon which required me to keep the product in for 3 days and not wash my hair (couldn't go to work !) ..this treatment was such a relief ! Product is applied and washed out in salon so you leave looking great with minimal aftercare . Could head straight to work ! Also no formaldehyde and this didn't sting my eyes like my previous one . There is another salon up the road naming no names near kfc, it's terrible burnt all the time from the laser and told oh it's fine. The chic do lots of beauty stuff and prices so reasonable.
