My hair had grown so long and I had so may grey hairs growing. I did my patch test and they tested how my hair would react to the bleach, as I wanted highlights. I have really dark hair and wanted to have a bit of tone to my hair. We discuss possible colours that may come out and options. My appointment was at 10.30 as they told me I would have to come in early. I understand why they wanted that now. They spent the whole day on my hair and spent so much time and care to get it right. I had highlights and colour put on my roots to cover the greys. I also cut a good 4 to 6 inches off my hair with layers and feathers. I could not fault anything. I felt so special and well taken care of. I am definitely going back.”
