"Lakeside Retail Park branch I had my hair done. Stylist named Faye did an excellent job . She was well spoken, had good listening ear, clean, polite and confident in hair cutting . Very attentive too. 5 stars to her. Tea was offered by the assistant but a small snack like biscuit could hv been served with it as one pays a high price to get hair service done at the saloon. Suggestion - junior staff could be more welcoming with a friendly receptionist."
