“The staff at Violets salon in Preston Road are very professional, polite, friendly, helpful and demonstrate excellent customer service. The hair stylist was very knowledgeable, experienced and knew my hair type, requirements and even gave her advice in hair care, products and styling tips for aftercare and maintenance. She coloured my hair to tone it down and match my roots perfectly, treated it with conditioner and really showed care and sensitivity using the products on my damaged hair. A perfect cut and blow dry to finish and an aftercare consultation to inform me on the best products and hair care routine. The manager knows her clients well and confidently leads her staff. The additional eyebrows tint, threading and manicures were completed to perfection! A highly recommended beauty and hair salon and would go back for the cost, staff and services. Maria cut my hair really good and the way i wanted it which was a blessing because whenever I've been to other salons they always cut one side shorter which really got me frustrated and i thought i wouldn't find someone who can handle my thick hair! “My beautian started off by threading my eyebrows. I lost contact with her, now one year on Lakshila does my eyelashes an eyebrows. The salon that she works in is very clean an tidy. Lakshila's work area is also very clean an relaxing, her colleagues are all friendly an polite they all make you feel welcome. My appointments could have good days and bad days with my eyes, no matter what Lakshila right there explaining stage by stage the process. Lakshila is very skilled at her job, I appreciate her professional conduct, Lakshila is a patient lovely happy woman, its a pleasure to have her as my beautian. I've had 1 bad experience in the past with a beautian. Once meeting back up with Lakshila, I'd had to explain my experience. With no worries about what was said Lakshila got to work on my eyes this was a very bad day for my eyes they were being very disobedient keep watering for the whole time, speaking to her I was reassured. When doing eyebrows I would never go to anyone else except her . Even if I had to travel, for many reasons; her hand is very light, she is good at giving shape to your natural brow and does not make it overly thin. So she sticks by what I’ve asked. She uses amazing products which are good quality and does not leave rashes on my skin. I would 100% recommend if you’re looking for a local beauty parlour in Wembley, as she is always very clean and hygienic!”
