“I had my two guinea pigs stay there,just picked them up today. It's a lovely set up there. I was able to visit and look round prior to booking which is so reassuring. Karen is caring and knows her stuff. I know my animals are in good hands whem with her and i will definately book here again when next i go away.”

“Have been two times before an afternoon walk in Banstead woods. Tried various omelettes and a bacon and egg sandwich, all were lovely. The omelette with sides is a big portion which I share with my 4 year old. It's my aim to return and try the delicious looking scones. There's only one toilet which can result in small waits but it was relatively clean. Environment busy but comfortable and pleasant on the eye.”

“We have used Sam for both 121 training and individual walks for our challenging adolescent German Shepherd Dog. Sam has been reliable, supportive and responsive to any challenges and we can't recommend pet care cottage highly enough. During behavioural consultations with Sam other dog walkers also dropped by to say hello and recommend her services.”

“First time here as just moved to the area and don't ever really review. Ordered the mixed starter, sweet and sour pork, duck pancakes, rice and noodles. All were really tasty and generous portions (loads for leftovers). I understand why they don't do delivery now via ubereats or deliveroo, they clearly get enough business just from everyone being willing to drive down to collect their supper!! Will be back.”

“We have dined in twice recently now, and ordered two takeaways for delivery. We've tried a variety of dishes (me chicken, partner seafood) and have really enjoyed the meals, whether in the restaurant or as takeaways. Friendly service and great food at very reasonable prices. Restaurant is un-licensed so is BYOB. Highly recommended.”

“My husband and I had a breakfast here today and all the staff were so welcoming and friendly.service was excellent and our cooked breakfasts were so reasonable and the best breakfast we've had out in ages.very clean and will definitely come here again.”

“Visited the Caffè last Sunday with my family for a Sunday brunch. The choice of food and drinks was excellent and I personally had fried eggs on toast which was delicious. Service and atmosphere was very good and if you're in Banstead it's well worth a visit. Will definitely be returning”

“We travel quite a distance to come and have very tasty Fish and Chips at Seine Rigger. On this and many other occasions we have been very looked after by Sam and James who go out of their way to make sure we are well and truly looked after.”

“I'm a regular at this park n cafe as i walk my dog there almost every day. Service is fast, good and friendly. The food is very good, they bring it to your table. The place is very clean. It's a haven for dog owners as dogs are allowed in the main cafeteria, which is a welcome respite on a cold, frosty day. Coffee is good, and dog sausages are priced well.”

“I was disappointed that there was no lift, as women travelling alone are always put on the top floor for some reason. My room was also the first one from the stairs. Fortunately I was only disturbed but one group of people shouting along the corridor. My main complaint, though, was the freezing cold water coming from the shower. When I mentioned this to the receptionist as I left, she told me I should have informed reception. When I said I'm not sure how when I was in the shower, she just said "oh". Update to previous review: I stayed here last weekend and it felt completely different to last time. The day before I arrived, one of the receptionists, Megan, rang to check if there was anything in particular that I required for my room. I have been staying in Premier Inns for years and have stayed in loads of them and this has never happened before. She asked if I was coming for a special occasion and I mentioned it was my birthday the previous day and that I was visiting my daughter. When I arrived in my room, I found a box of chocolates, a can of lager and a small bottle of sparkling wine, along with a card and birthday message from the hotel. I thought this was such a lovely thing to do. Megan deserves a special mention because she was extremely friendly and helpful during my stay.”

“Absolutely fantastic food and service. Super accommodating of allergens, loads of veggie options. I genuinely do not understand how this place has any negative reviews. I've ordered from here several times, so here is a breakdown of my experience with them: 1. They have a huge selection of proper vegetarian dishes, whereas most other Chinese takeaways have little-to-nothing. 2. The staff were extremely accommodating of my partner's gluten intolerance, going out of their way to double-check our chosen dishes with the chef, provide allergen information, express their concern over the suitability of other low-gluten dishes etc. and just generally made us feel like they actually care whether he would get sick or not. 3. The food itself is delicious. I mean really, really good. It arrived piping hot, portion sizes were great, and it had clearly only just been cooked (as opposed to pre-made then reheated) because the vegetables were vibrant and still had a lovely crunch to them instead of being pale and soggy. 10/10, highly recommended!”
