“Food quality is the best. We had samosa chat, puff with Tea. Also had a great experience being served by Nayan Patel.”
Enzo's Windsor
“Delicious pasta, pizza, and apps in this cute town. Take a stroll after visiting the castle and enjoy. Excellent wine too.”
La Piazzetta
“Bustling, friendly Italian restaurant. Lovely menu selection, good food and friendly service.”
Al Forno Putney
“We had been here a couple of times over the last couple of years but have recently moved within walking distance so have come three times in three weeks. The food is very tasty with good portions at very reasonable prices. The kids' pizza is massive as well! The staff are friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is actually really fun. I only didn't go for the full 5 stars for atmosphere because the music has felt a bit too loud for my liking when we've been for lunch the last two weekends. However, when we went for my birthday one evening in December, they had a live singer, who was so good we actually started debating whether he was miming to original recordings! He wasn't but he was that good! It's really nice for lunch; it's fantastic for an evening celebration meal with friends.”
Classico Pizza Sutton
“This is our favourite pizza place, where my husband and I have ordered for more than five times in the past four months! The quality was always good and the drivers were all very nice! We highly recommend this place and their Fiorentina pizza! :)”
Sorella
“A gorgeous little restaurant off the beaten track. Gorgeous Italian food and in a wonderful setting. The back of the restaurant has a high ceiling and glass roof meaning there is a lovely light. The decor is a combination of 50s styling and urban chic, it’s just lovely!! Food is light and tasty, but could be seasoned a little more. Drinks were lovely also. I found the prices high for a restaurant in Clapham but the service was great and the food was brill.”
Gusto D'italia
“This place is beyond expectations. I was recommended by a good friend ‘Georgie Boy’, I visited for the first time and the staff were brilliant. The food and service is fantastic. Would highly recommend this place!”
Côte Guildford
“Wonderful brunch with friends here on Sunday. They have plenty of seating, some fantastic breakfast/brunch options and really speedy and friendly service. Coffee was also good so we were very impressed with our visit and will definitely return to check out the champagne brunch deal (any breakfast dish, glass of champagne and juice or coffee for £17.95) Tip- if you’re driving into town then it’s best to park at the Castle Street or Sydenham Road car park and wander down to the restaurant.”
New Mexico Restaurant
“Fantastic food, good drinks, great service, good atmosphere and very good prices - driven past it for years but never tried it until now - definitely will go again! ... perhaps not on a karaoke night again though lol”
China Diner
“We had the set menu and it was delicious. We swapped the chicken sweet and sour for a pork dish and paid the extra.”
Karamay Uyghur Kitchen
“Having lived in China for almost a decade, and been in London for 5 years, I've missed Uyghur cuisine. Needless to say, I'm absolutely delighted to have been introduced to this place by a friend. The portions were generous, and the chicken with "naan" was an off the menu item and a must have. Reservation is a must as its a smaller restaurant and fill up quickly. The owners came out to greet us and they're really lovely too. Will definitely be back for authentic Uyghur cuisine.”
Sunrise Chinese Takeaway (Eltham)
“Hands down, the best Chinese food place in London. Chinese food at Chinatown ain't got nothing on them. 100% recommend the salt and pepper selections, tried all of them, tastes absolutely amazing!!!! 10/10”
Imperial Dynasty
“Amazing service from start to finish. Not my first time here and I will definitely be returning. Alongside this I would highly recommend to friends and family as it is child friendly. Thank you and good luck in the future.”
Japanese Restaurant Seto
“A chilled restaurant with good, inexpensive and kindly served food. I loved that it doesn't cost you a fortune to have a decent meal. The salmon teriyaki and salmon gyoza were my favourite, the chicken ramen was also good, whereas I expected a bit more for the teriyaki chicken wings and the pork gyoza. Recommended!”
Mira lebanese restaurant
“I was at Mira restaurant today with my partner, it was a brilliant meal, the BBQ plate, and the falafel combined hummus were mind blowing. The guys there were very friendly, top service. I highly recommend it. :)”
Huddle Caffè
“Stopped in for breakfast I and was greeted by friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. They were willing to make adjustments to items on the menu to meet my dietary requirements and the quality of the food and coffee were top class.”
Al's Cafe
“Did I enjoy that breakfast? I did Guv! Guilty! Quality food and well cooked, Al's cafe is an oasis of edible delight. Small and narrow on the inside, could do with larger area. A cafe this narrow must do baggettes on their menu.”
Ricco's cafe
“One of favourite London cafés. The look is faded baroque and the cappuccino is first class. I liked the soft chairs and informal feel. A real family café and not too far from my home. I rarely visit Walthamstow without dropping in.”
Mosaic Clapton wine bar
“What a lovely oasis in Clapton, am extremely friendly and well run café with a wide range of healthy and less healthy options. Vegans and carnivores are catered for with equal gusto. Freshly pressed juices, rich coffee options, creative smoothies along with a good range of breakfast and lunch options that have English and Mediterranean influences.”
Rose and Crown
“Nice quaint pub with a view of Chorleywood Common. Good service and comfortable seating. Always a pleasure to go there.”
Princess
“Fantastic pub. Always really welcoming, great beer and a great garden for when the sun is out. We will be back!”
The rising sun public house
“Very friendly pub serving choice of 3 well kept ales, various other drinks and snacks”
The Ship
“(This review is based on our experience at westferry pizza and not the hotel as a whole) My mate and I ordered the margherita and the diavolo with some garlic dip and an Aperol spritz. The servers / bartenders seemed really nice, especially the girl behind the bar. The pizzas (especially the diavolo) was fantastic! Quite spicy because of the nduja, but the garlic dip helped balance it out. Quite busy (quite a few families playing board games, etc). Would definitely go again for some pizza. Pizza prices were quite standard though not sure a garlic dip should really be £2.”
The Axe
“Kind and very nice staff. Bar guys really knows what they re doing. Large scale of refreshing drinks. Service team is firing. Friendly and cosy atmosphere. They have backyard to have fresh air under friendly lights. Place is very nice to have time with your lovebodies or even alone. Cheers to all!”
The Queens Arms
“Great pub with a good selection of real ales and a warm welcome. Anytime I'm down south I'll always try and visit.”
Forest Gate
“It’s a good place for break when you walk the Oak Trail or the walk around the Epping forest. There is clean toilet available next to the pub counter and some outdoor seating have umbrella so if you don’t want to sit under the sun that’s quite good in a hot day. Also it’s a pet friendly place :)”
The Ship Inn
“Cannot fault this place at all. Staff are always so welcoming and service and food are fab (especially the Sunday roasts!). We always bring our young dog with us and the staff are so accommodating!”
Dassani Off Licence
“Great selection of Ales and Beers, friendly staff the best off licence for miles around.”
