They go through alot safety wise in the shop. They get attacked by local shop lifters. Have things thrown at them by them. I've seen many staff be attacked in 2 years by shop lifters. They try their best... nobody should feel unsafe working in a shop. Also the staff are given too much to do. Stacking shelves, doing online deliveries. So it is then harder for them to always be at the tills. However security does call them if they are needed. Or if you wave and let them know they are more than happy to help. They also currently have 2 lovley security guards who always have a smile and are happy to help you.”
