“The guys here are always super helpful and friendly, with the addition of a security guard to help keep anti social behaviour to a minimum. You can always count on this place to be open and stocked. It’s not my main port of call when shopping but I always return to it where other stores have failed or shut early.”

“My wife moved to Croydon two years ago and use this shop everyday. There is a constant flow of people all day in this store and can get very busy at times, especially lunch time and rush hour. The staff are lovely and they seem to genuinely get Along with each other. They have a reasonable amount of stock and always handy that they are open until 11pm. Thanks to all the staff for their hard work!”

“Staff are helpful and polite; huge range of food (although cannot get 1l bottles of soy sauce here) and you can bring your soft plastic to be recycled. Only downside is the bicycle parking: round the side of the shop which leaves bicycled vulnerable to thieves”

“I saw some pretty negative reviews about the Hermes/Evri drop off printer but I went up today the 3rd time this week and it’s brilliant, you just stick the code into the machine and it’s prints the labels of that you require!”

“I was curious to see how it worked! Prices were pretty reasonable. Good variety of items. Some of the items were Morrisons brands but still good selection! You scan the fresh code on your Amazon app and walk out without paying or scanning your items. It works on cameras and sensors! Impressive! Very convenient as its right next to East Croydon station! Will be going there again soon!”

“There is a large variety of snacks and drinks to choose from at an amazing price when using a clubcard. The staff are friendly and pleasant to be around; in particular I’d like to appreciate Oury as she was very kind and helpful. I will definitely pay regular visits to this amazing Tesco :)”

Due to the number of people that use the store and the limited staff numbers, there's sometimes a queue, but this is the only negative comment I can make. I've now made this my regular pharmacy due to the service from the staff I've interacted with. It's a shame all the other Boots stores don't have staff like this one. Well done”
