“This is the first time I’ve visited an Amazon Fresh and the employee at the door was very helpful. I kept getting sent back to the Home Screen when I was trying to open the QR code on my app and he suggested that I delete my payment method and add it again - which sorted the issue! Once you’ve got your QR code, you scan in, grab your groceries, then just leave! Amazon email your receipt (which even includes the amount of time you were in the store). Some people will think this is creepy, but I personally hope more convenience stores/supermarkets can follow suit.”

“Great shop, run by really nice people. The regular stock is good and well-varied, with lots of loose fruit and veg plus refill food store options. Impressive range of beers, including local ones which we might not have known otherwise! And the weekend samosas are a delight entirely on their own.”

“Good Sainsbury's store with helpful staff. Nice and large car park with trolley access and an ATM. Good department layout. Good chiller filled with meal deal variety but a shame its over £3.00. Crispy Kreams available. Contains an Argos, Habitat and has a good selection of clothing. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“I came here on the morning of prime drink release. There was a long queue. Waited for like 20min. Then I reached to the til. I was next in line to grab my prime drinks. Then there was a announcement that they run out. I was heart broken. Just came from 12hrs at hospital. Then this lady worker saw me and said you was next person in queue right ? I said yes. She hold on s sec. She went back to the warehouse and got me her own 3 drinks and gave it to me. I couldn't belive it. I will forever grateful for her. I wished I knew her name and I could share that. And there are people selling this bottles for £20 each. So all respect to her. And I hope it will come around a kindness to her. Aldi done well or orchestrating this whole release. Other places was a mess.”

“It took me 4 years since I move to Highams Park to discover this great store, they have absolutely everything you need for cooking nice fresh meals. I hardly buy anything in the big supermarket chain in Highams park now, this is a much better spot for vegetables, fruits, nuts, pasta, grains, beans, bakes and many more, also you can grab some amazing bargains available there and the Gozleme is a life saviour when you don't want to cook. As a plus the staff is lovely, always friendly and happy to help.”

“Love this shop! Well stocked. Great prices. Good multi buy deals. I feel sorry for the staff tho as they seem very understaffed - to the point someone ran in grabbed a box of something on display near the doorway, and ran off with it across the car park. A member of staff ran to the door but they're not security and I wouldn't put myself on offer either as a staff member. If you don't want to lose stock, get a security guard as an deterrent- it would ease the stress on the staff!! Other than that, the staff that are there are friendly and helpful and do a good job of multi tasking!”
