“Can't go wrong with a hot dog from Woody's. Would also definitely recommend getting the loaded chips. The staff are incredibly friendly and the atmosphere is really good.”

“I have been too the Elements Bar, twice for both being family occasion and the bar is worth such a visit. The staff are welcoming, polite & give great service. They have a pool/snooker table near the entrance and seating around and near the bar. They have a room at the back of the bar, good for parties and celebrations. The deco is lovely with nature vibes. They serve cocktails, spirits and beers of a commercial line up. They also have Guinness (original) draft and Guinness (foreign) in bottles. The bar has a mixed vibes, feel to it. I believe they are dog friendly too (please check with them, I will check too) and I'm not sure if they serve food.”

“Fantastic! Decided to go out for lunch on a Wednesday afternoon, and wanted to stay local. I ordered a lunchtime cheeseburger special, and my partner ordered a steak. Both delicious and cooked to perfection. Jack himself served us and is an extremely welcoming and personable guy. Cannot fault anything!”

“We recently attended a family wedding here, and cannot recommend it highly enough. The food was really something special; absolutely delicious. Every aspect of the organisation was spot on and the Owner, Chef and Staff were friendly, helpful and professional in all they did. A great day was had by all.”

“Went for a meal before the rugby yesterday. Some of the nicest food I’ve had in a restaurant. Starter of lamb koftas was delicious and the main course of steak and ale pie with mash and greens just as good. Unfortunately we had no room left for dessert! Will be back again.”

“Strongly recommend! After visiting Tate Britain I was looking for a nice pub to end a London weekend trip with some fish & chips, this was even better than I hoped. The food was super good, you can tell the products used are fresh, my fries were very well cooked (and I live in Belgium so I should know!) and the fish was delicious. My boyfriend’s meal was very good as well. Slightly more expensive than pubs nearby but it’s worth it.”

“I booked to take our team to Kelsey House bar & Kitchen for our Christmas social. We had the Christmas Buffet menu and it was delicious. I rate the whole experience from booking, ordering, service and food a 5 star. The waitresses were brilliant and friendly and the Christmas buffet menu was a great experience as each person could take what they wanted and every single main and side we chose was really nice. We all enjoyed it very much and we even got crackers on our table to start our social off with a great feel to it. Thank you very much to the whole team at Kelsey House Bar & Kitchen. “I've walked past this pub for ever but have always been in a rush and not had the time for a visit. Tonight we had a bit more discretionary time and decided to see if they had availability, which lucky for us we got the last two seater table. Great atmosphere and good food. Sorry forgot to take any pictures of the food, but the open fireplace is awesome on a chilly evening. Booking essential.”

“Excellent local with a good beer selection at a reasonable price. San Miguel is currently £4.40 a pint at time of writing - Oct. 22. Food is great and they are dog friendly in part of the bar and all of the garden. I was served by Nicola.”

“30 years ago on 16th October 1992, me and my husband had our wedding reception here. We had a great time. Today 30 years later, to the day, we chose to celebrate our anniversary here. I have to say I am so glad we did. I booked the table on line, (how technology has come on in all that time!) We arrived and were greeted by a young lady who just beamed a huge smile. She found our table for us and I was touched by the reserved label with my name and anniversary written on it. Another young lady (i think the manager) came to our table, again with a lovely beaming smile, and a candle, which she explained she had wanted to place on our table before we arrived. Another really sweet touch. She explained that there was no longer table service but she wanted to do table service for us. We felt really pampered. What a treat. We were looked after from start to finish, smiles all the time.. checking to make sure all was well. The food was lovely, the girls were wonderful, going above and beyond to make sure our anniversary was celebrated in style. We were most touched by being invited to have a look upstairs where we had our reception all those years ago! It was quite surreal, and I felt quite emotional. We would just like to say a huge thank you for such a wonderful, friendly, welcoming visit. 10/10 From Sharmayne and Les”

“Great restaurant. The fish was well done and the chips were triple fries which made them amazing. The other sides of mushrooms, house salad and hallumi fries were also very good.”

“Unfortunately the grill was down, but nice, casual place. Bartenders didn’t make you wait and made good recommendations. Located in a great part of London. However, it’s very difficult to find a strong beer in London, which is quite odd.”

“Love this wetherspoon for cheap and cheerful food! The decor is fantastic and the staff are super helpful. It is normally busy but seats do become available quickly. Random but definitely check out the women's toilet! Loads of vegan options. Vegan bao buns were dry but otherwise everything else was very good.”
