Lismore Circus
“We love this small sunny playground. With good weather, it gets quite busy after school around 4pm.”
Inhabit, Southwick Street
“I stayed here for one night and it was a great experience. I chose the double room (304) and it had a window facing the mews! It was easy to get around the place as well despite my room being on the 3rd floor! The room had all the amenities! It was compact like the Nordic way of living which I enjoyed! I needed a taxi on the day as well and the receptionist ordered it for me! They also phoned my room to let me know my driver had arrived! The receptionists were also fun and nice unlike the reviews which state otherwise. I would definitely pick this place again if I needed to stay in this area for the future. The price was reasonable and since I’m not a coffee or tea person I didn’t really care much about the lack of this in my room. They did have a water jug with glasses which was great! Exactly what I needed after my travel.”
Flower Corner
“Many thanks to Kensington Flower Corner for helping me share a token of love and appreciation all the way from NYC. They even hand wrote the note I placed with my order. My sister LOVED it! (Seamless online order. Same day delivery in London. Pictured: “Joy” and Eucalyptus)”
The Pavilion at Wildernesse House
“Had a really lovely lunch here a couple of weeks ago and couldn’t fault a thing. Service was efficient and friendly and the food was superb! Will definitely return.”

Mandarin Ducklings Nursery
“How lucky we were to find this amazing nursery. My boys started here just before their 2nd birthday and have absolutely thrived under the care of all the wonderful staff here. Not only have they helped my boys grow into wonderful, caring, inquisitive and very healthy 4 year olds they have given them an amazing educational grounding ready to start their school journey in the next few months. They both have a wonderful grasp of phonics, a deep love of numbers, can write their own names, sing numerous songs in mandarin and have truly developed a love of nature. I'm frequently being told what is and isn't 'good for the planet'. The nursery setting couldn't be more delightful, right in the middle of Marble Hill park, which essentially becomes their extended playground on daily visits out. I can't recommend this place highly enough.”
Green Lane Primary & Nursery School
“Went to nursery here. I remember it was amazing. Will have to come back for a walk down memory lane!”

The Botanical Brasserie
“One cannot ask for a more perfect lunch spot, on the terrace overlooking the fountain with the glasshouse beyond. The food was superb and the staff was helpful and timely. Thank you for a lovely October afternoon!”
Tavistock Hotel
“Some of the rooms are a little tired but spotlessly clean and bathroom had been refurbished. Also provided organic, cruelty free shower gel and shampoo which smelt divine. Staff could not be more friendly/helpful and although we didn't eat there the Indian restaurant within the hotel looked and smelt amazing. Very good value for money and will definitely stay here again.”
Mount House School
“My daughter is about to start in Year 7 and so far we have nothing but positive feelings about the school. I'm posting this now since I want to start seeing the reviews get turned around so that the efforts of the school under the new Head, Mrs Richardson, can be publicly acknowledged. Clearly the school has had a ropey past as a different school with a different Head but from what I can tell, it is a new start for Mount House and the school is on the 'up'. If that's not the case, I'll update my review once my daughter has started and I can review from 'the inside'.”
Penge Recreation Ground
“Nice little park with paved and kids fenced play park + football/basketball facility.”
Queen's Gardens

DENBIES Winery
“A really interesting gift shop with a wide range to choose from, including many items for children an some unusual craft items. Their selection of local wine is excellent, with some unusual items for an English vineyard. Do take time to visit the gallery on the first floor, where there is usually an exhibition by local artists.”

Gayhurst School Trust
“Yesterday, with my business Immersive Theatres, I delivered a 7m digital planetarium experience to all 310 Nursery to Year 6 pupils at Gayhurst School. I was warmly welcomed by the staff and found the hall prepared just as I had requested. The day was well organised with all groups arriving on time. The excited but well-behaved students enjoyed a rich selection of content: peering up at the planetarium night sky; visiting the International Space Station; learning about the colours of stars, the Solar System and how British scientists search for real aliens. Thank you Gayhurst School for a very pleasant visit.”
