Leah from reception was great, really helpful and accommodating, fitting us in and sorting requests for extra towels, blankets and a heater. On the whole, customer service has been brilliant. Can't fault the team (only two visible members of staff - working very hard). Credit to the chain and their hotel. Cant thank them enough”

“Super comfy sofa and excellent customer service!! Great warehouse which had so many models and all the fabrics they have available, we spent an hour there trying all the different sofas. Shout out to Martyn who was so helpful with our order and gave really prompt updates. Sofa came within the estimated time frame. The sofa itself is perfect and so comfy, just what we wanted and the delivery guys were great too. All round 5 stars we love it thank you!!!”

“Can't fault this hotel at all! Cheapest family room we could find in London on an otherwise expensive weekend, £93 between 3 of us, great value compared to anywhere else we found. It is well-linked to central London via the Thameslink (Morden South) or Northern line (Morden). Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming so it was nice to be felt like we were cared for by the staff. The room was clean and spacious, nothing to complain about at all. Quick check-in and check-out process as well so that was convenient.”
