“I have used C Goode Pharmacy for over 30 years. All the staff are very highly professional and genuinely care about my needs as a customer. They are able to give full and professional advice concerning all aspects of my health care. The pharmacy has even been open during the Covid lockdowns and it still maintained its exceptionally high standards of customer care and service. I would never consider going to another pharmacy as I know how good the staff are at looking after both my and other customers' requirements.”

“My elderly Mum used to love this shop until her upsetting experience this week. She bought some shoes and the Peter John Staff offered to take the box. Mum agreed to this. However she decided that the shoes were unsuitable and tried to return them for a refund. The shop refused, despite the shoes being brand new and with a receipt because she no longer had the box. She feels misled and I wonder why on earth she was not advised of the consequences at the time of purchase? I have called , left messages and e mailed without the courtesy of a response Breaking News Just spoken to charming manager who has sorted out the problem Looks like Mum will be returning to his store and I may even try them out myself Thanks!”

“Depends on how picky you are with your shopping. I know I am. So, I'm all over the place for bargains and quality. But I have to admit, overall a good place for affordable quality. And this counts a lot more these days. I am a 'c&c', card and carry customer, as I did notice that some customers are not happy with delivery. [Who should probably bear in mind that they most likely live in London, where any road can clog up any moment. Silence, serenity, reliability, ... you know.]”

“I had my surgery for a total left hip replacement at west Middlesex hospital on the 5th August 2020. Arjuna was my surgeon and looked after me with his team from day 1. I was the first day surgery case patient for a total hip replacement at the hospital (which is exploring new ways of working given the Covid environment backdrop). My personal experience with the team at west Middlesex has been fantastic and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great unit and indeed a great surgeon / consultant for surgery. The initial consultation for sign off for surgery, the pre - operative assessment and talking through the surgery procedure were all carried out with a high level of due care and clinical excellence. I felt as a patient that the over riding priority was achieving a great clinical outcome for me and my surgery. The day of the surgery was very well co ordinated and went smoothly. Admission was straightforward, I was administered local Anaesthetic and the surgery took around 2 hours. I arrived at 7.30am and was discharged around 7pm the same day. Just brilliant. Since discharge I have been in constant contact with Arjuna and the team and the physio unit. I have also had two follow up appointments where Arjuna has held office himself directly. I am now nearly 7 weeks post surgery and progressing well and will be back to see In 3 months time for an assessment and x ray on the new joint. Thank you to Arjuna and the whole west Middlesex team for their care and passion. They have cleverly demonstrated the high value of keeping these important services local. “It’s nice to have the option to do the tests you want without needing a referral but even if you want to do a test where a referral is mandatory, they can recommend their own private GP who writes one for you. Very effective services, much more affordable than other private diagnostic centers, convenient locations and results received within 2 days”

If you're heading there, suggest getting there as early as possible. There are two vaccinators and they've got a slick process to get through everyone as quickly as possible, but the queue is getting very long.”
