"Save your money and go somewhere else. I booked a french pedicure and the lady who did my feet was struggling to paint my toes. She filed the big toe and left it wonky it and she could not apply the polish properly. I tried to give guidance but I think she was overwhelmed because another colleague had to finish the pedicure. 1 hour and 45 minutes later I left the salon with painted toes that I could have done better myself. The nail polish was clunky and I had paint on the skin of my big toe."
"What an amazing salon. I’ve been here for nails and a few beauty treatments now. I don’t want to go anywhere else. Not only are all the girls that work there so lovely and friendly, the shop is so beautiful and very well designed. I always feel so welcomed and comfortable here. The prices seem to be lower than a lot of other places too which is an added bonus."

"It appears this place has trouble retaining staff. On two occasions where I have booked my appointment far in advance, I have had it cancelled and told there is no other availability. On that note, each time I have come back to this place, I have been seen by a different technician, and the one I had seen previously was no longer working there. It’s a shame because the actual nail treatments I have had have been brilliant. Except for the one occasion where they gave me a young girl with no nail qualifications and little experience and still made me pay full price. This place could be better. Perhaps they need to treat their staff a little better and not overwork them by squeezing in too many appointments each day with such a short turn around. It is very obvious the staff are unhappy. I will not be returning."
