“I have been coming to this dental practice for 62 years and my wife for 52 and our children till they left home and moved away. We have always found all the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable and efficient. The very few times in all those years we have had a problem with our teeth we have been seen as soon as possible and nothing has been too much trouble. We would thoroughly recommend this dental practice.”

“Don’t listen to Google reviews Today was the first time I went to this dentist for my daughter and son. Now the dentist may come across abrupt but I don’t actually think she is rude or anything of that sort. My children's teeth are bad and they need to have extractions, fillings and need to see the hygienist. She just said she isn’t being rude but she has to say it how it is otherwise she isn’t doing her job. Her job is to take care of our teeth. The nurse was nice, quite but nice. Receptionist was fine too. I think ppl from certain ethnicity come across rude but really none of them are. I was pleasantly surprised by them after reading the reviews I was a little nervous. Thank you for a decent service and hope to see you next Tuesday. Basically if you take offence quickly and get emotional then this not the dentist for you lol :)”

The female doctor explain me that I have a different problem and help me with the right antibiotics. She was professional and polite. She guided me throughout the process of healing the tooth and made sure that I was okay. It was a good experience with Heathway dental surgery and I also recommended this surgery to my friends.
