Had a issue charging phone, thought I had cleaned all fluff out of charging port but took it along to replace charging port and to my surprise there was a ridiculous amount still left. They ordered me a new part to replace the phone which was no longer needed and my phone has been repaired for no cost. I did offer some money for his time but he rejected. Not many honest people like this enough! thank you.”

“I’ve been going to Hamid for help since August 2020. He first helped me pick out the perfect laptop from his shop that I would be able to use for my new job working from home. He is one of the kindest people I have met I was an absolute stranger to him yet he treated me as a friend. Since then I have been back to his shop to have my phone repaired and my Chromebook and to buy different cables I have needed. Before I always panicked if I had a problem with my phone or laptop because so much of my life are on them. But since I’ve been going to Hamid I no longer stress because he always able to help quickly and for a reasonable price. He has also delivered the items to my house and given me detailed advice on how to care for my items. I have recommended him to friends and they have had the same experience as me. A very kind man who is very efficient in all he does!”

“All I've read is bad reports about Mr Gadget but I've had a totally different experience & would like to share. Wanted to order a rose bear which Amazon had sold out of. Found Mr Gadget sold them so first I rang to check they had some. I spoke to a man who told me I had to order on their website but I had trouble with it recognising my address so I rang him back. He took my order over the phone and said I should receive it within 3 or 4 days. 2 days later my item turned up! I almost didn't proceed with this company after reading the reviews but I'm so glad I kept the faith.”
